Materials
- Heat moldable EVA base layer, Black
IDEAL FOR: Dress shoes; Those who prefer a slimmer insole, whether in running shoes, skates or ski boots.
CUSTOMIZING DIRECTIONS: Loosen shoes and remove all padding from inside of shoe. Preheat oven to 225 degrees. Bake one insole at a time until the white heat sensitive paper tab on the bottom of the insole turns black (approximately 1 min 30 sec). Do not overheat. Quickly remove insole from oven and place into shoe. Wearing socks, insert foot into shoe. Stand on insole with knees slightly bent for 1 minute. Insole can be reheated and reformed, if necessary.
WEARING INSTRUCTIONS: Remove the shoe’s existing insoles if possible and replace with Archmolds®. Trim edges if needed to fit. If necessary, wear a few hours a day until feet are accustomed to better support, and then wear full time.
